Video Conferencing Best Practices-Job Interviews
Over the last twelve months, I observed an increase in requests to assist job hunters with their "Video Interviews".
With most technologies, my objective is to keep the setup as simple as possible. The candidate is usually focused on issues pertinent to the desired position.
My involvement is to determine if the candidate has the appropriate tools needed to conduct a video interview. Typically, I'll schedule time with the candidate at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled interview.
The video below speaks to a few basic steps the candidate can take to ensure an optimal experience.
